          Nike Senior IT Business Operations Manager Memphis in Memphis Tennessee United States

          As our Senior IT Business Operations Manager, you'll be joining the Nike Technology organization. Nike Technology delivers one-stop, integrated process and technology solutions that enable Nike, Inc.'s businesses and brands worldwide. Our focus is on providing solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth. You'll support the organization's mission of providing solutions that ignite growth and deliver value - always. You'll assist in the strategic and business planning process from a financial perspective for the Nike Technology Distribution organization: target setting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial planning. You'll communicate capacity plan strategy and create plan for resource acquisition throughout the year. You'll ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance processes are followed throughout the organization. In your role as a key player in the organization, you'll help to optimize the organization's ability to successfully manage the financials for a multi-faceted project portfolio. In collaboration with multiple project managers, you'll be responsible for coordinating with other IT teams regarding metrics reporting processes. In addition, you'll use your influencing skills to coach MT/LT in the development of action plans to address improvements necessary to meet targets. 364684
          Qualifications
          Requirements for the position include:
          - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
          - 2 years' additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
          - 8 years' professional experience with at least 5 years' directly relevant work experience
          - Exceptional financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, target setting and reporting skills
          - Experience with scenario based analysis
          - Experience in Sarbanes Oxley Compliance is preferred
          - Experience leading and managing teams
          - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
          - Ability to maintain plans for resource impacts to maximize the effectiveness of plans (e.g. vendor supplied resources, city planning)
          - Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior management/vendors
          - Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how IT needs to support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals
          - Drive tactical activities while maintaining alignment with big picture
          - Experience with business process improvement methods (e.g., Lean) preferred
          - Experience managing departmental or project budgets
          - Comfortable in working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
          - All candidates must successfully complete a thorough criminal background investigation prior to receiving an offer of employment from Nike
          - Ability to pass a 7 year background investigation
