Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems (JJHCS) is a Supply Chain organization that supports operating companies across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. JJHCS is recruiting for two, Senior Analyst, Distribution Technology located in Memphis, Tennessee.
The Senior Distribution Technology Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities for technological and operational improvements within the U.S. Distribution Network for sites utilizing the MARC WMS application leveraging the U.S. Regional Systems Architecture while following the SDLC systems methodology.
This position will be responsible for managing U.S. Regional WMS projects and supporting other projects/initiatives, including business case development, concept / feasibility assessment, project planning, system and process design, key milestone tracking, and providing project status updates to the distribution management team.
This position will also be responsible for assisting with user acceptance testing, and end user training.
In addition, the Senior Distribution Technology Analyst will also be responsible for managing U.S. Regional WMS distribution technology issues/enhancements list, ensuring SDLC methodology is followed, and driving issue resolution. Benchmark and Evaluate logistics processes and technology solutions and improvements

Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of systems experience in health care, distribution or manufacturing in a global environment is required.
Experience with configuration and execution in a warehouse management application and proficiency with Microsoft applications is required. Experience with SAP, material handling equipment, and warehouse control applications are preferred. Project management experience is preferred.
Experience using the MARC WMS or Red Prairie applications is preferred.
Experience using the Systems Development Life Cycle methodology is preferred.
The work environment is a normal warehouse and office setting. 15-20% travel is required.
