          *
          Primary Responsibilities: -Provides oversight for clinical operations throughout the facility, to include, but not limited to, prioritization and facilitation of in-house transfers, unit to unit transfers, from ED, PACU and Diagnostic/Procedural areas, as well as screening, arranging and placement of in-boarding patient transfers from outlying facilities with Clinical Leader collaboration as appropriate. -Provides clinical assistance during patient crisis, assuming the ACE nurse role during night shift and weekends. Secondary Responsibilities (during off-hours when Clinical Leader is off-site): -Coordinates and insures scheduling and staffing to meet patient and facility needs. -Problem solves patient and family issues as well as those of staff and physicians. Execution of all duties, primary and secondary to be performed in collaboration and agreement with Clinical Leaders and Clinical Directors. RN with current and valid license in TN, minimum 5 years clinical experience. Previous experience in patient flow and throughput activities preferred. Proficiency in Navicare, ADT, Excel, Dataview and Voicera preferred. Critical Care experience preferred. Requires ACLS and PALS Certification.

          BLS is required for any RN, LPN, PCT, Patient Transporter or other direct patient care provider. Emergency Department, Intensive Care Units, PACU, Medical Emergency Team and Anesthesia require ACLS. Pediatrics, SICU, Emergency Department and Medical Emergency Team also require PALS
